Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Full-Time / Part-TimeProvide personal care assistance to individuals with IDD in their homes and community settings. Duties include assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
Requirements:
- ◆High school diploma or GED
- ◆Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- ◆Ability to pass background check
- ◆Valid NC driver's license preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Full-Time / Part-TimeDeliver skilled personal care and health monitoring to clients in home settings. Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to implement care plans and document client progress.
Requirements:
- ◆Active NC CNA certification
- ◆Experience in home care or IDD settings preferred
- ◆Strong documentation skills
- ◆Valid NC driver's license
Registered Nurse (RN)
Full-Time / Part-TimeProvide skilled nursing care, health assessments, and care plan development for individuals with IDD in home settings. Supervise CNAs and PCAs and coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements:
- ◆Active NC RN license
- ◆Experience with IDD or home health populations preferred
- ◆Strong clinical and communication skills
- ◆Valid NC driver's license
